Refund policy

 מדיניות ביטול עסקה והחזרות

אנו עושים מאמץ להעניק חוויית רכישה איכותית, שקופה והוגנת. ניתן לבטל עסקה בהתאם להוראות החוק ובכפוף לתנאים המפורטים להלן:

1.      מועד ביטול

ניתן לבטל עסקה בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך הגילוי – לפי המאוחר מביניהם.

2.      אופן מסירת הודעת ביטול

ניתן למסור הודעת ביטול באחת מהדרכים הבאות:

  • אתר: באמצעות טופס יצירת קשר באתר
  • בדואר רשום לכתובת: אלי הורביץ 27, רחובות

**בהודעת הביטול יש לציין שם מלא ומספר הזמנה.

3.       דמי ביטול והחזר כספי

במקרה של ביטול עסקה שאינו נובע מפגם, אי התאמה, אי אספקה במועד או הפרה אחרת מצד החברה:

  • ייגבו דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם
  • עלות החזרת המוצר תחול על הלקוח
  • ההחזר הכספי יבוצע תוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת הודעת הביטול

4.      ביטול עקב פגם או אי התאמה

במקרה של פגם במוצר, אי התאמה או אי אספקה במועד:

  •  לא ייגבו דמי ביטול
  • יינתן החזר כספי מלא
  • החזרת המוצר תתבצע על חשבון החברה

5.      מצב המוצר בעת החזרה

ניתן להחזיר מוצר כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא באריזתו המקורית, ככל הניתן.

לא ניתן להחזיר מוצרים שנפתחו או נעשה בהם שימוש, מטעמי היגיינה ובטיחות המוצר.

6.       ירידת ערך

במקרה של החזרת מוצר שנעשה בו שימוש החורג מבדיקה סבירה, החברה רשאית לדרוש פיצוי בגין ירידת ערך.

7.       אופן ההחזר

ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality, transparent, and fair shopping experience. You may cancel a transaction in accordance with applicable law and subject to the terms outlined below:

1. Cancellation Period

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

Please include your full name and order number in your request.

3. Cancellation Fees & Refund

In the case of cancellation not due to a defect, mismatch, delay in delivery, or any breach by the company:

  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will apply
  • The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer
  • A refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received

4. Cancellation Due to Defect or Non-Conformity

In the event of a defective product, a mismatch, or a failure to deliver on time:

  • No cancellation fees will be charged
  • A full refund will be issued
  • Return shipping will be covered by the company

5. Condition of Returned Products

Products may be returned only if they have not been used and are returned, as far as possible, in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

6. Depreciation

If a returned product has been used beyond reasonable inspection, the company reserves the right to charge for any decrease in value.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
